Sarabjot Pabla, PhD

Dr. Sarabjot Pabla serves as Director of Laboratory & Bioinformatics R&D for Labcorp Oncology. In this role, he oversees the clinical and R&D functions at Buffalo Lab, including Bioinformatics, Data Science and Translational research. He leads scientific collaborations activities with key industry, academia and pharmaceutical partners, and oversees all computational biology development and implementation of advanced bioinformatics pipelines for NGS diagnostics assays. Dr. Pabla, in the past decade, has extensively studied autoimmunity and later cancer immunity using cutting edge multi-omics approaches. This includes his time at Medical College of Georgia, where he completed his doctorate studies in genomic medicine. During his clinical and translational research career, Dr. Pabla has authored or co-authored several high impact publications with his most highly cited work in the field of predicting response to immunotherapy in solid tumors.
