In-network with most major health plans

Labcorp Oncology will file claims for insured patients directly to Medicare, Medicaid, many insurance companies, and managed care plans. Labcorp Oncology is contracted with approximately 800 payers across the country, including Aetna, CIGNA, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, and the majority of Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans.  It is always important to verify and update insurance information and know which testing laboratories are in-network or participating providers for your benefit plan. This information may impact your level of coverage. 

When contracting with insurance companies and managed care plans, Labcorp Oncology contracts under the names of Esoterix Genetic Laboratories, LLC (EGL) with Tax ID Number: 27-3267315 and/or Accupath Diagnostic Laboratories (Accupath) with Tax ID Number 33-0731972.   Both EGL and Accupath are both wholly-owned subsidiaries of Laboratory Corporation of America^® Holdings.
