Use

Comprehensive diagnostic and/or prognostic hematopathology analysis Integrated Oncology pathologists will select testing based on medical necessity and clinical information provided. Additional prognostic studies per IO reflex criteria may be requested with comprehensive diagnostic hematopathology analysis.

Please provide copy of CBC report; The test request form must be completed with patient history, including pertinent clinical information

Technologies may include: Morphologic Evaluation, Flow Cytometry, Cytogenetics, FISH, and/or Molecular studies. 2 levels of service available: Consultation and report on referred material requiring preparation of slides; Consultation and report on referred slides prepared elsewhere.
